We are delighted to announce the success of our 2026 House to House Collection. Running from 4–17th May, this year’s fundraiser brought together nearly 100 volunteer collectors across Fairford, Lechlade and the surrounding villages, all working to raise vital funds and promote our services.
The charity is thrilled to confirm that the collection raised £20,277, a testament to the generosity and community spirit of local residents. Every donation directly supports our services, including our End of Life Home Nursing, Patient Transport Service, Lunch Club, and a wide range of support for local groups and individuals. These services cost approximately £150,000 per year to operate, and the House to House Collection remains one of our most important fundraising efforts.
“We are incredibly grateful for the continued support shown by our community,” said Kelly Smith, General Manager for the charity. “This year’s collection demonstrates once again how much people value the services we provide. Every pound raised helps us make a meaningful difference to the lives of local residents.”
Thank you to all donors, volunteer collectors, and supporters who contributed to this year’s success.
Donations are still welcome online. Gift Aid increases all donations by 25%.
